The bed was surprisingly comfortable

The bed was the highlight of our stay. it was clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of travel.

However, we encountered several issues such as dim and non-functional lights, and the bathroom had cracked tiles, which detracted from the overall experience.

If you enjoy hotel stays with uninvited guests like mice and roaches while being treated poorly by management, this is the place for you! From rude noises to a strong smell of smoke, it was a disaster. The surrounding area is eerie and unwelcoming. I won’t be returning any time soon!

Checking into several rooms before finding one that felt somewhat acceptable was rather frustrating, especially given the expectation of cleanliness.

The lobby had a cozy charm, and the friendly staff made check-in a breeze. I appreciated the easy access for seniors. everything was conveniently located and well marked, making it a pleasant experience.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

I loved how close we were to the Lincoln Home National Historic Site and the beautiful parks along the way, making it super easy to enjoy weekend strolls through history and nature, though it would have been nice to have more comfortable seating in common areas.

Requested a non-smoking room but was placed in one that reeked of smoke, affecting my clothes and skin. Management did relocate me, but the new room was in poor condition, with dirtiness and mold evident. There are better options for your money that offer a higher standard of cleanliness and service.

One major downside was the air conditioning. It was quite noisy, which disrupted my sleep a bit. The bathroom, while functional, had some wear and tear, and I noticed a few light bulbs were out. Despite these issues, the location was convenient, close to the airport and various dining options. It’s a solid choice for a budget stay but could definitely use some upkeep.
